We recently spent five nights for our christmas party in jackson and it was fantastic! The cozy beautiful king room was great with its beautiful decor and lovely ambiance. Everything was flawless, especially the attentive staff and enjoyable rooftop hot tub with fine mountain views.
the restaurant service was a bit slow.

The rooms are brand-new and beautifully maintained, have feather pillows and hypo-allergenic pillows. The breakfast variety is fine with croissants from the local gem Persephone Bakery in downtown Jackson, fresh fruit plus Figs, good service. Also, the location is absolutely perfect and magnificent, minutes from a george Washington Memorial park.
All was perfect.

The staff were fantastic from the moment we arrived, and the hotel sits just a few steps from both the Antler Arches of Jackson and the lively town square, making it a perfect base for our city strolls and park visits.

Location (heart of Jackson) is excellent, all of downtown at walking distance. Spacious room (we had a king suite) gave a clean impression. One reserved parking spot in front of your room.
WiFi is not functional. Although a WiFi repeater was hanging next to my room, the signal was never more than 0-1 bar on any of my devices (both smartphone and tablet and laptop). We ended up drinking coffee in the cafe across the street and check mail there. Bathroom could use an upgrade. Our room window is adjacent to a noisy parking.

I was very comfortable in my room and the bed was lovely. I liked the rustic nature of the furnishings, particularly the bedding. The bathroom was pretty basic in its appearance but everything worked well.
I arrived at the Woods in the evening before 9pm, having informed the hotel of this, or so I thought, giving my flight arrival time on line when making my reservation. I was later than expected because my luggage was lost in transit so it took time to sort that all out. I was greeted by the manager with "Oh, so you have decided to show up after all." I was speechless and not impressed with his manner. I informed him that I had documented my arrival time but he said that they at the hotel had not been informed of that. Whatever information he did or did not have prior to my arrival, he is still in the "hospitality" service and he was not very hospitable to me. He did then answer questions I had about breakfast venues etc. and I only saw him again when I checked out after 2 nights and he was more pleasant then.

The location is excellent for downtown Jackson Hole access. Room was comfortable and the location had off street parking. I would stay there again. Good value.

The least expensive for the area.
The room needs much more light. It was extremely dark. The parking situation is horrible but due to the area not much they could do. If staying in Jackson again I would spend a bit more money!

A small hotel in a small and cute village. The country is in a great location to visit the Teton National Forest and the Yellowstone National Park.

It was close to downtown.
It was a cave, no natural light. No coffee pot nor coffee. No phone. No internet. Smallest shower in the world. It wasn't worth $71 and we paid $171. In fact, we stayed in a far nicer place, the same distance from Yellowstone, for $80.

Location -- though have to compete with non-guests for parking
No air conditioning! Skimpy on amenities for the price. Though room was updated, the exterior is in poor repair: sagging gutters and the ugly duckling building could use a thorough re-do overall.

I found the decoration charming, with natural materials and lovely artifacts reflecting the scenic surroundings. Accessibility was excellent, with wide corridors and well-placed seating areas making it easy for seniors like me to navigate comfortably.
More seating in common areas would be appreciated.
